VMO was founded by Ofek and Saar, two young entrepreneurs, former company commanders in the IDF, sportsmen and people above all. 

They’ve known each other during a company commanders course in the IDF. 

Instantly they felt  mutual energy and hunger to thrive to success together.

Finding a property

The most difficult task in real estate investments overseas and in the United States in particular, is to locate the property with the highest potential in the most suitable environment. We perform an initial field inspection, an inspection by an experienced contractor on our behalf to obtain a renovation budget estimate, sending an independent inspector to obtain a full report of defects in the structure, all information is cross-checked and verified through a professional and unique risk management process and with full transparency towards the investor and to his satisfaction.

Negotiation Phase

After a professional examination that will take into account all the variables and understanding the feasibility of the investment, we must conduct persistent negotiations with the owners of the property in an attempt to lower the purchase cost to the required minimum

Increasing the value of the property includes, among other things, cosmetic repairs, strengthening the property and improving the overall visibility of the house .
The planning of renovation items is carried out in accordance with the purpose of the investment, which means that the property must be renovated to bring it to the right condition for renting or selling.
